We are the first company in Greece to have voluntarily met beforehand the international regulations about quality and safety guarantees of both the product and the production process. Our certification program includes: ISO 22000-2005, HACCP, Organic Certification of DIO and AGROCERT based operations and application of traceability.
2013 In a milestone development VLACHAKIS EGGS does away with cages, exceeding the European regulations about bird wellness. Henceforth all our chickens run freely in barns.
2011 Green Code. The GREEN CODE is an innovative mobile application to identify the points of sale that are in stock our products to the consumer.
2010 “Choice”: the first Carbon Neutral Eggs in the Greek market
2000 The first Organic Eggs in the Greek market sold; today they make for 30% of our production.
1997 Kalyvia Attikis: We build our first facility for Free Range Eggs.
1994 Our first barn-laid eggs are launched.
